The Chair of the Board of Directors shall annually appoint a Policy Committee of at least five (5) members. Each community is to have representation.
This Committee shall have the responsibility for developing and recommending new policies to the Board when needed. A review of all policies will be completed within a five (5) year cycle. It shall not be the responsibility of the Policy Committee to make policy recommendations which are related to contract negotiations nor to make policies that would be contrary to State or Federal laws.
