Troy Dunphy, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Directors Present: Troy Dunphy, Judi Dunphy, Doug Cahill, Kevin Sousa, Pam Mitchell, Grace Carreiro, David Royce, Brenda Stevens, Dallas Landry, Robert Lightbody, Laura Layman, and Tori MacDonald.

Directors absent with notification: Eric Ewing and Robert Lindblom

Directors Absent without notification:  Heather Longley

Staff Members Present: 3

Students Present: 0

Citizens Present:  0

ACTION ITEMS:

Agenda Item #8.  TO SEE WHAT ACTION THE RSU #74 BOARD OF DIRECTORS WOULD LIKE TO TAKE REGARDING THE CCS PRINCIPAL.  

Upon motion by Kevin Sousa and seconded by Brenda Stevens the Board voted by unanimous consent to offer the position to Tara Morin as recommended. Motion passed.

The Board Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
