Carrabec Community School

Troy Dunphy, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.

Directors Present: Judi Dunphy, Amy Price, Troy Dunphy, Heather Longley, Grace Carreiro, Pamela Mitchell, Larry Dunphy, Eric Ewing, Kevin Sousa, David Royce, and Deron Whittemore.

Directors absent with notification: Laura Layman, Bobbi Sue Harrington and Robert Lindblom.

Directors Absent without notification:

Staff Members Present: 3

Students Present: 0

Citizens Present: 1

Agenda Item #1 TO SEE IF THE BOARD WILL DISCUSS AND AWARD THE CCS ROOF CONTRACT.

Upon motion by Deron Whittemore and seconded by Kevin Sousa the Board voted by unanimous consent to award and approve the CCS roof contract to JJS Universal Construction Company.

The Board Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 6:25 pm.
