Troy Dunphy, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

Directors Present: Judi Dunphy, Robert Demchak, Troy Dunphy, Heather Longley, Grace Carreiro, Larry Dunphy, Dwight Barron, Kevin Sousa, Bobbi Sue Harrington, Valerie Pinkham, Laura Layman, and Deron Whittemore.

Directors absent with notification: Ellen McQuiston, Danika Bates, and Robert Lindblom

Directors Absent without notification: None

Staff Members Present: 13

Students Present: 0

Citizens Present: 3

Pledge of Allegiance

Agenda Item #1 TO SEE IF THE BOARD WILL APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF AUGUST 12, 2020 AT 6:00 PM AND THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF AUGUST 12, 2020 AT 7:00 PM.

Upon motion by Deron Whittemore and seconded by Larry Dunphy the Board voted by unanimous consent to approve the minutes of the Special Board Meeting of August 12, 2020 at 6:00 pm and the Special Board Meeting of August 12, 2020 at 7:00 pm.

Upon motion by Robert Demchak and seconded by Larry Dunphy the Board voted by unanimous consent to suspend the rules of public participation at a Special Board Meeting to allow for public comment.

Four Teachers presented on Seesaw and Google Classroom.

Mr. Tracy presented the Back to School Plan Phase II.

Upon motion by Robert Demchak and seconded by Deron Whittemore the Board voted 10-1-1 to approve the Back to School Plan Phase II. Motion passed.

One parent voiced a concern that all students should be in school full days.

The Board Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 7:47 pm.
