Troy Dunphy, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Directors Present: Troy Dunphy, Judi Dunphy, Pamela Mitchell, Eric Ewing, Grace Carreiro, Heather Longley, Deron Whittemore, Larry Dunphy, David Royce, and Laura Layman.

Directors absent with notification:, Amy Price, Bobbi Sue Harrington, Kevin Sousa, and Robert Lindblom

Directors Absent without notification: None

Staff Members Present: 4

Students Present: 0

Citizens Present: 0

Agenda Item #1 TO SEE IF THE BOARD WILL APPROVE THE SUPERINTENDENT’S HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL NOMINATION.

Upon motion by Deron Whittemore and seconded by Judi Dunphy the Board voted by unanimous consent to approve the Superintendent’s High School Principal nomination. Motion passed.

The Board Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 6:05 pm.
