Troy Dunphy, Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.

Directors Present: Troy Dunphy, Judi Dunphy, Doug Cahill, Kevin Sousa, Pam Mitchell, Grace Carreiro, David Royce, Brenda Stevens, Dallas Landry, Laura Layman, Eric Ewing, and Keith Plourd.

Directors absent with notification: Tori MacDonald, Georgiana Manzer, and Robert Lightbody

Directors Absent without notification:  None

Staff Members Present: 2

Students Present: 0

Citizens Present:  0

Agenda Item #1 TO SEE IS THE RSU #74 BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL SIGN THE ADDENDUM TO THE FY26 PROPOSED SCHOOL BUDGET WARRANTS.

Upon motion by Kevin Sousa and seconded by Brenda Stevens the board voted by unanimous consent to sign the addendum to the FY 26 proposed school budget warrants. Motion passed.

The Board Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 5:38 p.m.
