Robert Demchak, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

Directors Present: Judi Dunphy, Robert Demchak, Troy Dunphy, Grace Carreiro, Kevin Sousa, Mike Cahill, Valerie Pinkham, Robert Lindblom, Laura Layman, Heather Longley, Ellen McQuiston, David Royce, Dwight Barron, and Deron Whittemore.

Directors absent with notification: None

Directors Absent without notification: Bobbi Sue Harrington

Staff Members Present: 0

Students Present: 0

Citizens Present: 0

Agenda Item #1 TO SEE IF THE BOARD WILL SIGN THE FY21 PROPOSED SCHOOL BUDGET WARRANTS

The chair read the script.

Upon motion by Troy Dunphy and seconded by Deron Whittemore the Board did a roll call vote 11-3 to sign the FY21 proposed School Budget Warrants. Motion passed.
