Robert Demchak, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Directors Present: Judi Dunphy, Robert Demchak, Troy Dunphy, Heather Longley, Grace Carreiro, Kevin Sousa, Deron Whittemore, Bobbi Sue Harrington, Valerie Pinkham, Robert Lindblom, Mike Cahill, and Laura Layman.

Directors absent with notification: Dwight Barron and Ellen McQuiston

Directors Absent without notification: None

Staff Members Present: 0

Students Present: 0

Citizens Present: 0

DISCUSSION:

Agenda Item #1 DISCUSSION OF SCHOOL DISTRICT TWO WEEK CLOSURE PLAN.

Mr. Tracy updated the RSU #74 School Board on RSU #74’s response and status with regards to the Coronavirus.

The Board asked for a Special Board Meeting to be held on March 26, 2020 6:00 pm at CCS Library.

The Board Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.
