STUDENT USE OF CELLULAR TELEPHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES

The RSU #74 school board recognizes that many students possess cellular telephones and other electronic devices. RSU #74 is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of such devices.  In RSU #74, students will only be allowed to use school issued devices such as but not limited to chrome books, laptops, desktop computers or iPads during the school day.  School day will be defined from the designated start time for a school day to the designated end for a school day. The superintendent is authorized to develop any school rules necessary to implement this policy.
