EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL STAFF
It is the responsibility of the Principals and/or the Special Education Director to conduct a formal evaluation of every teacher during each academic year. Evaluations shall include the use of evaluation instruments prepared by the administration in consultation with the professional staff. The Board of Directors is to be made aware of the process followed each year and the forms shall be placed in each teacher’s permanent file. The Board retains its prerogative to reject or prescribe procedures at its own discretion.
