CONFLICT OF INTEREST
1.) No person shall be employed by RSU #74 while a member of the employee’s immediate family serves on the Board of Directors.
2.) No prospective employee in RSU #74 will be issued a contract to hold a job in which a member of the employee’s immediate family would normally exercise supervisory authority.
3.) For the purpose of this policy, members of the immediate family are defined as: spouse or persons acting in a similar relationship.
4.) Section 1-3 of this policy do not apply to any current employee of RSU #74 in his/her current position. However, if a current employee applies for a different position, this terms of this policy would apply.
5.) No staff member shall solicit or accept gratuities, favors or anything of monetary value from supplies or potential suppliers for personal gain unless such gratuities or favors are a normal policy of the supplier and are available to all educational institutions.
