Notice to Destroy Special Education Records

Notification Regarding Destruction of Student Special Education Records

M.S.A.D. #74 is taking this opportunity to notify those students who are 26 years of age (birth dates on or before October 15, 1984) and their parents that their special education records will be destroyed on December 1, 2010.

A permanent record including the student’s name, address, phone number, grades, attendance record, classes attended, grade level completed, and year completed shall be maintained at the Carrabec High School with no time limitations. Please submit a written request to:
